How CarTaskers Rentals works

Search by location and dates, submit a request or reserve instantly (depending on vendor mode), verify identity, then pay through the platform. Only bookings paid on CarTaskers are protected by verification and dispute support.

1. Search

Choose your city, pickup and return dates, category, or nearby listings.

2. Reserve + pay

Request-to-book or instant hold mode keeps scheduling controlled and reduces double bookings.

3. Vendor confirms

For request mode, the vendor accepts first. Booking details unlock after payment confirmation.

4. Return + closeout

After inspection, the booking is marked completed and both sides can leave reviews.

For vendors

Vendors can list cars, trucks, and heavy machinery. You control pricing, delivery fees, and test drive fees. Availability can be managed with schedule blocks, iCal sync, and booking conflict protection.
